Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging; final-sale items are not eligible unless faulty. To request a return, email ashtynbackes39271@outlook.com with your order number — we'll reply within 2 business days with instructions and a prepaid label for eligible U.S. returns. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
